Does anybody knows which episode/film/OVA is this?

I found ANOTHER picture (up) and I thought it was from movie 7 (down) but I was wrong -.- I mean, where else are Zoro and Nami in this situation apart from movie 7? Where does the picture from above belongs to? D: I think I will spent this summer watching One Piece from the beggining again, I've missed many things! D: Can anybody help me?
